Prime Spaces was appointed to carry out building maintenance and restoration works for Shalimar Delights, a well known sweetmeats and retail establishment located in Fordsburg, Johannesburg. The property was experiencing roof leaks and moisture penetration that had begun affecting interior and exterior wall finishes.
The client required a long-term solution to eliminate water ingress, repair damp related damage, and refresh the building’s appearance through professional repainting.
