Project

Overview.

Prime Spaces was appointed to carry out building maintenance and aesthetic upgrades for the South African Pharmacy Council facility in Pretoria. The project focused on restoring the building’s appearance while addressing structural concerns that had developed over time.

The client required a comprehensive maintenance solution that included paint restoration, repair of structural and surface cracks, pressure washing, and a modern colour change to refresh the overall look of the property.

Our objective was to improve durability, enhance visual appeal, and ensure the building maintained a professional and well-maintained institutional standard.

Repair of hairline and structural cracks
Exterior repainting and colour transformation
Pressure washing of exterior surfaces

Project Results

Prime Spaces began with a full site inspection to identify damaged areas and determine the appropriate repair methods. Structural cracks were carefully treated and reinforced before painting commenced to ensure long-term performance.

Pressure washing was performed to remove dirt, staining, and environmental buildup, creating a clean surface for repainting and improving paint adhesion.

The selected colour scheme modernized the building’s appearance while maintaining a professional and clean institutional aesthetic.
